Shortastic campaign. Well can't blame them on that as MS promised insane compression techniques so HD DVD wouldn't be needed. Of course they weren't being honest in true M$$$$$$$ style.

Still Halo 3 is indeed Halo 1/2 in HD which is good enough for most fans. Regardless 40 million hype campaign is working and IGN, etc have looked past the faults of the game for over-rated scores.
I'm dissapointed with the low quality graphics and last gen physics and environments.

Windows is what helped them finance buying Bungie and spending millions to hype the game beyond anything else in the world. Yet what you get is Halo 2 HD with some new weapons and GASP replay (the greatest part of the game according to IGN, lmfao!!!!!).

All I see from you is excuses. Here are some FACTS, not MS/Toshiba fanboy bs that you eat up every day of your life.
Two weeks ago HD DVD had 5 new release and blu-ray zero. Result = blu-ray still sold more.
Last week Blu-ray completely dominates again 60:40.
Blu-ray has dominated 2007 completely 2:1 ratio.
HD DVD has not come ahead even 1 week this year in software sales, not 1 week!!

Plus HD-DVD fans were buying titles simply because the player are lower priced but there is a new player coming to town, HD-VMD. HD-VMD is going to cut into HD DVD sales dramatically as that is the main talking point for HD DVD fans being taken away.
This leaves it as Blu-ray being the choice for those who want top notch quality in movies and players and HD-VMD replacing HD DVD for those who just want above DVD quality and lower prices on the hardware.
People do not like dealing with BS and hassle. So many people have sent in 360's for repair to receive back units that simply break again within months or even days.
People are not going to easily forget the headaches from this.
